" Tim we cooked all that pork and beef and had a ball Saturday. I got so many compliments on the pork and beef I decided to make up a sign for next time and post it saying where it came from! Eleven motorcycle clubs were present along with lots of civilians and every one of them seemed to come up and ask me where I got the meat; did I do the seasoning; how long did it take and how great it was. I got a feeling some of them will be getting their meat from you for their parties from now on! We had a little left over and it is going to a major bike event next weekend so even more people will get to enjoy it! I can't thank you, your family and staff enough for the great job and blessing you have been for us! Whether it was the pork, the beef, the German weiners or the hotsticks simply everyone enjoyed and loved every mouthful.
